The apartment is on the 4th floor (elevator).
It is largely wheelchair-accessible (no stairs), except for the stairs leading to the balcony.
The bed measures 180 cm by 200 cm.

There is a train station right next door. It’s still very quiet, though.
Nearby (a 5-minute walk) is a shopping center with various stores, a dry cleaner, a laundromat, a bakery, and restaurants. The city center is 5 minutes away.

The Accommodation
The apartment is comfortably furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bed linens, dish towels, bath towels, and a bathroom rug are provided. Shower gel and dish soap are provided.

The bed measures 1.60 × 2 m. It’s on the firm side.

The sofa can be pulled out to accommodate one additional person. It is approximately 100 cm wide. A mattress topper is placed on top, making it very comfortable. The sleeping surface is on the firm side.
