Fully equipped basement suite that has all of the amenities you could need. It's a short drive to the Falls, or Old Quebec or the Marc Simoneau Sports Centre. Great location with a bike rental station right outside the door. Berri was very nice, really easy to deal with.

Everything is very close by...groceries and stores. We went to Val Cartier Village most times 20-25 minute drive. Apartment is very warm for basement unit. Had all kitchen necessities for cooking..extra linen and blankets. Omar swapped out the TV box with his own right away when I reported it was having some issues. Very responsive and hospitable! I would stay again and even took an additonal night.

It was good, the tv box was a confusing but I always bring a hdmi cable and a laptop so no problem. Overall it was great. The kitchen was nice.
