Amazing property , was able to check in early after a 19hr trip , everything was clean and ready to go .

The location cannot be beat! As my daughter said, "the ocean is our yard." It was 100% worth it to be right on the beach. It was also nice having Doc's Beach bar so close. We could walk there for a drink or food. Ocean views from the kitchen/living area and primary bedroom. The pool was a nice perk for the kids. There were plenty of comfortable beach and pool chairs as well as towels. We even found a closet of inflatables and pool toys. The street in front of the house was quite busy but we rarely needed to use our car.

The house is absolutely perfect! Truly the most stunning location and many of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms which was nice. Only qualm was we had to keep reaching out to have the hot tub heated as the control panel was locked. And the slider was extremely hard to open but they mentioned that’s being replaced next week. Otherwise it’s perfect!

We stayed at Beautiful Sunset for one week with 7 adults and 2 toddlers. The house was beautiful and very spacious with 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths on the top and main floor. The Basement had a full bath, 2 bedrooms and plenty of space for our family with the two children. We had a few issues but Collier Realty came right over and answered all our questions. Having the pool and beach right outside was wonderful...and the sunset views were amazing. The location was great, shopping and restaurants are very close. We would definitely stay here again.
