I had to ring stayz at the last minute to get in touch with the host. Once the host had been contacted by stayz and told to contact me the communication was great.

The place was excellent and very centrally located. The cleaner helped us to check in and she was outstanding. Had the best time..

The location was excellent: close to King's Cross/St Pancras tube and train stops. The bathroom is tiny though. Overall the place was adequate for our family of three.
