It is a splendid villa that combines the convenience of being in the center of Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi a few steps from the best restaurants in the area with the quiet guaranteed by the splendid garden with private swimming pool and everything necessary to make your stay unforgettable.

Indoors:
Ground Floor: The main entrance opens to a sophisticated living area furnished with Italian antiques and warm-toned upholsteries, creating a cozy ambiance. To the right, the dining room features vaulted windows with views of the patio and Mediterranean gardens. A comfortable lounge area with garden views is accessible to the left, as well as a single bedroom with an external bathroom with shower and a service bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is adorned with traditional Italian majolica from Vietri and vaulted ceilings.
Upper Levels: A marble staircase leads to the mezzanine level, where a double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom offers additional comfort. Ascending to the second floor, three double bedrooms each feature en-suite bathrooms, while two additional bedrooms with twin beds share a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. This floor also boasts an intimate living area and a terrace with panoramic views.
Depandance: the villa’s annex in the garden provides extra privacy, with a comfortable double bedroom, living space with double sofa bed, a dining area, bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen.
Suite: the villa’s suite with independent access from the garden consists of an elegant and spacious double bedroom, private bathroom with a shower and anteroom with a single sofa bed.
Outdoors:
Casa Bianca’s outdoor areas are designed to capture the essence of the Mediterranean.
Patio and gardens: A main gate leads to a shaded patio with lounge furniture and an outdoor dining area complete with an equipped kitchen, pizza oven and barbecue.
Private swimming pool (5*10 meter) surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas and a large lawn for sunbathing, and a comfortable changing room with showers.
Check-in: between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Arrivals beyond this time require advance notice and may incur a surcharge.
Check-out: by 10:00.
Daily cleaning: A light housekeeping service is included from monday to friday. Our staff will access the property during the day for light cleaning and general tidying up of the rooms, always with full respect for the privacy of guests. Changing linen during your stay, if requested by guests, will cost extra.
Events and Weddings: The property is suitable for private celebrations and weddings, subject to approval.
To make these days unforgettable, the villa also offers a large covered room, a fully equipped kitchen and other bathrooms. All event coordination is handled exclusively by our staff. Specific event fees are provided for these activities.

This villa has everything you could possibly want and more. If it’s in your budget, book it now. The villa is massive and out of a movie scene. It had more bedrooms than we could use for our group of 11 adults. Two bedrooms are detached from the main house which allows you to spread out. The grounds are gorgeous with lush gardens and a beautiful pool. There’s also a bonus professional kitchen and banquet room that’s not even advertised in the listing, which the staff uses for cooking classes and events. The location of the villa is ideal. It’s right in the heart of Sant Agata which is a charming Italian village that has great restaurants and shops with everything you need. It’s peaceful and removed from all the chaos and crowds of the coast. But you are still centrally located and a 20 minute drive to Sorrento where you can get to any other coastal town for a day trip. Carmine, the villa concierge, was fantastic. A true character who makes it his goal to show you a good time. Just follow his recommendations and you can’t go wrong. He arranged airport transfers, taxis to Sorrento, a boat trip to Capri, a group tour of Pompei, cooking classes at the villa, and group dinner at the villa. He is very responsive both before the trip and during it. Whatever you need, he will take care of it. Everything about our stay was first class. I can’t recommend it enough. Stop going down the rabbit hole of searching for villas and book this one.
