The Space:
Welcome to a beautifully renovated home designed for your utmost comfort and convenience. The open-concept living area seamlessly integrates a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room provides a comfortable sofa and smart TV for your enjoyment. A dining table offers a space for meals and socializing. The modern kitchen is equipped with upgraded appliances and essential cookware. The primary bedroom features a king-size adjustable bed, a dedicated workspace with a monitor, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, toilet, a low-threshold standing shower with rain shower faucet, and a deep jetted soaking tub.
The two additional private bedrooms offer a queen bed and two twin beds, respectively, and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a single vanity, shower, and toilet. The home also boasts soaring ceilings, a convenient half-bathroom off the living room, a washer and dryer, and an entertaining backyard with patio furniture and a gas grill.
To enhance your stay, the house is stocked with complimentary amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, makeup remover, towels, a hair dryer, an iron, an ironing board, salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee, sugar, non-dairy creamer, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, clothes detergent, and dryer sheets.

The property was fantastic. There was enough space for our family of 4 plus two dogs! The couches were comfy. The kitchen was stocked with appliances and all of the little things I left at home! Street parking was easy. The back porch is everything!

It was a wonderful place to stay for daughter’s wedding (we chose to stay there even though we have a home in NOLA)! Great accommodations for the humans and the dogs!! They loved the deck, basking in the sunshine. The property owners even had available small extra items that may have been forgotten!! Recommend this property to anyone staying in NOLA! Great location to get to so many amazing places in the area!! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Home is beautiful and perfectly clean! The neighbors were very friendly. We we able to park right in front of the house! Backyard deck was beautiful and we are in New Orleans several times per year. This will be our home away from home!

This was a very nice remodeled home that served our family of 4 and dog very well. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. There was just enough green space in the fully fenced yard for the dog. It is street parking but there was always a spot directly in front of the house. Check-in and checkout were very easy and the property manager was very responsive.
