Great location and leafy green place with nice pool wish there was central ac for very warm days. But overall very responsive and helpful owner who quickly resolves problems. Well behaved neighbours

The villa is in a great location with a south facing very sunny pool/garden and terraces. It overlooks the practice range of Pinhall golf course and a 100 paces from 2 of the best restaurants in Vilamoura. There are shops and a few bars 15 mins away in Old Vilamoura and you can walk to the Marina in 30 mins.The beds were super comfy, the villa is spotlessly clean and Maria the cleaner makes sure of that. We were there as a couple for a month with our dogs and the villa has all you need, very fast internet and a VPN made sure we could watch Sky on the TV. It's relaxed well located and Michaela a great host.

Traditional Villa overlooking the golf course.Michaela was very attentive and communicated brilliantly responding to all requests throughout.We loved the traditional style of the design downstairs and the beuatiful flowers outside by the swinging chair. The pool was a perfect size! The bedrooms were a little outdated in decor.There was one bedroom with aircon. We went during a mini heatwave and we all coped fine. Maria, cleaner, was lovley and went above and beyond what we expected, hanging our washed clothes out and taking the bins out. Overall we thought it was very good value for money. Only think we could criticise is that we could not get the showers to work at a steady warm temperature, it was either freezing or boiling. I would book there again without a doubt.

The villa is a nice set up and the location is great. The pool is nice and it’s a private setting.Some rooms have been modernised and are very nice. You can walk to some shops/restaurants, especially the lovely restaurant at the end of the road. The balcony is lovely and gorgeous views of the golf course at sun set, a set of chairs/table is needed to appreciate it as the sofa is too small for that size villa. There a few things that need to be improved:Some of the cutlery/plates weren’t clean and had to be washed before first use.There are quite a lot of ants near the pool, not a major issue but could be attended to.The manual in the villa is out of date and needs updating.The limited aircon in two rooms is insufficient during height of summer, especially as the room with the cot was not temperature controlled. The host was very communicative via WhatsApp, but not through Vrbo. Unfortunately communication about check out was not to standard, and there was incorrect check out times given to the cleaning lady who was very unfriendly. A washing machine was delivered with 2 cleaners and 2 delivery men all in the villawhile we were trying to eat breakfast before checkout, with no prior warning and with a baby we felt uncomfortable. This spoiled the end of our trip and could have been avoided with better communication. Before this incident, I would have considered returning. As long as you’re clear on check out and communication I’m sure you’ll have a pleasant stay.
