this place is perfect for people who value convenience, privacy, affordability and location.
Its very cheap for the fact that you get a private room, albeit very small, in the middle of arguably the best part of seoul. Of course, for such a price there will be some downsides.
Its very close to hongik univ. station and it has an elevator and a great view from the rooftop..
The bed is VERY small. its not suited for tall people. Its not soft, and its a spring bed, but it was alright.
Its not very clean inside the room, but nothing terrible, just floors and walls. the surfaces, bed, and closet felt clean. The common toilet and shower is not clean either, but it's not disastrous. The kitchen is quite clean.

Location is perfect, near to metro station and convenience stores.
AC circulation in the building, that goes out at night. No towels, no daily cleaning. Matras was thin and blanked smelled like sweat. Shower glass barrier was replaced with a curtain, the toom of 5m2 became humid after showering. Walls were thin, you can hear your neighbors talking.
