I'm so glad we chose Eos Retreat for our first visit to Rome. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The apartment was spacious, pristine, relaxing, and had every facility we needed. The location was perfect, in the heart of Trastevere but just far enough off the main tourist walkways to not be disturbed by the noise. The church bells chime outside the window and you hear the occasional laughter of passer bys which only added to the whole experience and is considered a positive. The communication from the owners was immediate, personal and informative, with good advice on taxi services, nearest minimart ( 50m away) and anbud questions we had about our accommodation. If you are looking for a safe haven in the heart of Trastevere in a beautiful traditonal building with the beauty of Rome at your fingertips then I can recommend Eos Retreat.

There is only one let down which did not spoil our visit. There was no access to the pool. We packed our swimmers and planned a day by the pool into our trip to relax and unwind only to be told the pool/garden area would not be open. The weather was perfect for a dip (25 degrees in October). I would suggest not advertising the pool if access is not going to be included in the stay. My 12 year old daughter was disappointed but on a positive, it gave more time to visit other sites 😊

De ligging is echt perfect. 1 min lopen en je zit midden in de bruisende stad. Alles in de buurt op loopafstand. Het zwembad is heerlijk na een lange dag om je zo weer op te laden voor de avond.

Uitchecken om 10.00 uur. Het zou handig zijn als je de koffers op locatie zou kunnen laten staan, bv bij de poolboy. Nu moet je toch wel een stuk met je koffers slepen voor een koffer opslag.

Le studio était joliment décoré. Il y avait l'air co et il y faisait frais ( alors qu'il faisait 40 degrés à l'extérieur). L'appartement était très bien situé ( près des restaurants de Trastevere mais dans une rue calme). Facilité d'accès en taxi depuis Fiumicino. Le lit était confortable. La piscine était très jolie. Les employés ont répondus rapidement à mes questions/ demandes, merci. Beau séjour passé à Rome.

- le frigo était trop petit pour mettre quelques courses. - bruits de travaux (foreuses ? Scieuses ? )dès 8h10 pendant 3 jours sans être prévenus. - les horaires d'ouverture de la piscine pourraient être étendus ( par ex, ouvrir de 8h à 20h )
