Clean, comfortable bed.
The bedroom door even though had good lock on looked like it could easily be broken into. There was small gap inbetween door around frame & door. The outside door didn’t accept my code on Saturday night & alarm kept going off. Luckily someone let me in.

Early, reassuring message with entry codes, (very positive easy entry). Immaculate, spotless house, close to public transport links,(easy and frequent). All round good stay!
Nothing to dislike

The room was very nice and it was worth the price. The girl from the staff was absolutely lovely, very kind and helpful. The bathroom was small but at least it was clean.
The bedsheets were not clean and very old, and the pillows were also very old. It's a shame because such a nice room deserves fresh, clean sheets and good pillows. I had to buy new sheets and a pillow myself because the ones provided were really not usable.
