The room was accepatable for its price. The bathroom needs renovation but it was clean. The breakfast was better than I expected. Not far from the town center. Avilés is closer to the airport than Oviedo.
The narrow staircase and its decoration makes your arrival a bit claustrophobic. The interior of the building was a bit smelly. The mini bathroom is from the 60's.

"We arrived early hours of the morning so was only there for a matter of hours.
We were sent the entry codes via a message which were very clear. Entry to the main door and our room was very easy.
