Sunrise Solara Aqua park Resort

This was our 3rd stay at this hotel. We love the food there, staff is really friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and nice. Thank you Mahmoud Sultan for sorting out everything to have pleasure stay.

The staff was very nice. Special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud Soultan, who made our stay amazing and made sure that everything was good.

The quality and taste of the food needs to be improved. The bedding was not very comfortable. Unfortunately, the massage at the spa was not very good.

I enjoyed every single minute in the hotel, booked for one day to enjoy my fifth wedding anniversary and the Hotel was more than perfect for the occasion. The staff was super friendly and the hospitality was amazing but there were three persons i would like to thank that most for making my stay extra special , Natalie from animation team , Chef Salem for supporting my gluten free food and finally the most amazing person Soltan from Admin who made everything so special in my stay 😍🥰❤️

We travelled as a group of 16 and had seven rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay—the food was excellent, with an amazing variety, and the resort had fantastic facilities. Two of our days were packed with excursions, so unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to experience everything the resort had to offer. The acrobats team during the evening entertainment were fabulous and we really enjoyed the show. Pure talent and very engaging. A special mention must go to Mahmud Sultan, who regularly checked in with our group to make sure everything was okay. He even helped rescue my son’s shorts after they flew off our balcony and landed on the roof of another room! His kindness and helpfulness were genuinely appreciated

The resort became extremely busy during our final two nights. At dinner, we sometimes had to wait for clean plates to become available, which was frustrating and could have been managed better. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay.
