This is a typical Montreal triplex, which means sound may travel more easily between units. You may occasionally hear neighbors, activity in the stairwell, or normal everyday living sounds. We kindly ask that you also keep noise at a respectful level, particularly during evening hours.



Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Any evidence of smoking will result in a penalty and applicable deodorization charges.



No Parties or Events

Parties and events are not permitted. This is a residential building where neighbors live full-time.



Garbage

Please do not place garbage outside unless it is a scheduled collection day. Failure to follow this rule may result in a penalty.



Pets

Pets are not permitted. Any undeclared animal will result in a $300 fee per animal.
