The buffet breakfast was nice.
During the rain storm, there was a ceiling leak into our room. But it was fixed the same day. Unfortunately the maintenance staff left a drill and construction dust in our room.
We had to consistently ask for enough towels for our whole family to bathe.
Our kids had a lot of fun playing in the play room.

The room was amazing. It was quite large and clean and provided everything I needed for my stay including a shuttle to Disneyland. The hotel itself was well kept and clean and had a lot of amenities great for solo travelers or families. Staff was friendly. The site states multilingual staff, including English speaking, however I found the staff I interacted with couldn’t speak English. They were super friendly and helpful though and we were able to communicate via translator! I’d absolutely recommend the hotel and would stay again if I ever get the opportunity.

The hotel was fine but upon arrival Hotel staff could not find my reservation. I made them away here and send a message before I got out there that I booked my hotel a day early because I was flying in on a morning flight had to show that a picture of the resort in order for them to find my reservation
