I will definitely stay there again. Room was very nice and clean with great views. Lower Grand Lagoon is now my spot to go. Nice friendly atmosphere, could leave my stuff on beach will gong to room with no worries. St Andrew’s Park right next door was a definite plus.

Nice location enjoyed the property kids enjoyed the activities. Floor was a little dirty was the only complaint but we found a swiffer sweeper and cleaned it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We used to stay on the other end but this time with the kids we wanted to try a different area and it was much quieter at night. The condo was more dated than the other places but everyone was nice.

The stay was good there was some things that definitely needed a little bit more attention and the cleanliness of the resort could have been a little bit better. The room had sand under all beds but it was good for the most part
