The property was in a great location, easy walk to the beach- great view from the deck. The furniture was very worn, and sheets in master bedroom need to be replaced! Bit lots of rooms and beds so great for a big group. One fridge should be labeled for fish only, it didn’t smell good but there is separate one for food, drinks etc. overall had a great time and great location, but needs a few ungraded in the furniture….

Overall, the house was great. The location to the beach was awesome and it fit our 13 person group perfectly. The property was clean and well maintained. I appreciated that the outside lights were left on since we didn't arrive until after dark. The 2 fridges were helpful as well. However, there is no noise control throughout the house. You could hear everything that happened no matter where you were in the house. The house also rocked so bad. You could feel when even the smallest person was walking through the house. There was only enough silverware for a group of 8. Also, I would suggest changing out the rug in the living room. It feels like walking on a wicker basket and holds a ton of sand.
