Everything was great. The only reason for the 4 stars was the golf cart issue. We called them before booking and were told there is access for carts, so we booked and booked a cart as well. After the deposit became non-refundable, we were given policies that included no carts. The whole situation was far less than ideal. Golf carts are not allowed to park in the parking lot at all, not even for visitors, and they monitor it regularly. There is plenty of room in the parking lot for any number of carts. It is a golf cart town; there are golf carts on the surrounding properties, and there is a golf cart access bridge to the beach that is only for residents of the surrounding properties. I think they would do well to work out a deal that allows carts at the condo. I will say, though, that they are not needed to enjoy the property and the beach.

Check in & out was easy.The host responded promptly when emailed or texted with inquiries.Overall the condo was nice & clean. The front bathroom tub was cracked so our guests were not able use the shower/tub area.Wi-Fi was not accessible at the pool area, so just take other means if you want to listen to music & relax.View of the ocean was nice from our balcony and access to the beach was great. We enjoyed our stay overall and would recommend to others!

Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pans.

It was very clean, but very outdated. We stayed in this condo many, many years ago and still has the same couch and carpet. The beds could use new mattresses as well. Location is great and views are amazing.
