Our stay at this Villa was amazing from start to finish. It goes to show you cannot always believe the reviews from other guest because every guest experience is unique. The Villa was just as pictured in the listing and my group of 6 adults (3 couples) did not have any issues with anything working or being broken during our stay. All the showers and appliances worked great. The pool and beach were phenomenal and it was paradise to hang out at this beautiful villa all day and enjoy life. George the house manager was always available to us 24 hrs a day and whenever I had a question or needed any info he responded in a few minutes no matter the time. The owner reached out as well mid stay and checked that everything was going well and we were doing okay. That’s really all you can ask for. We hired and chef and driver and truly relaxed and enjoyed our vacation. The community is gorgeous and very secure behind a gated entry. We will most definitely e back to book Villa Horizon in the future.
