Stroll or bike along the trails and many sidewalks, head to the beach or the heated pool, the pickle ball courts, or the tennis courts. Getting groceries or whatever you may desire will be easy since the Meadows is only a few minutes from multiple shopping centers, in which you'll find Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Publix, Fresh Market along with many popular food venues and restaurants. The nearby University Town Center has a great variety of department stores and restaurants as well.

You'll love relaxing on the screened porch, taking in the water views and Florida breezes. The spacious master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed and an ensuite bathroom (tub/shower combo). Long term leases (6 months or greater): landlord will pay for internet/Wifi; landlord will pay for utilities of water, electricity up to a total $150 per month. If utility use exceeds $150, tenant can remit the excess to landlord who will provide copies of bills for verification.

Deposit amount will depend on lease time period; minimum security deposit is $750 for short term leases. Long term lease (6 months+; security deposit = one month's rent. An application fee of $150 is charged by the HOA for lease approval/criminal background check. Landlord can provide additional pictures; the VRBO app format would not accept some so couldn't include them in the listing.
