We loved our stay here overall! It was a great space for our big group, with lots of space for us to socialize all together without feeling cramped. There was an initial mixup with the cleaners, but the host was super responsive and helpful and got everything taken care of right away. There were a few other minor issues, but nothing that ended up impacting our stay majorly.

The house was very clean and well represented in the photos. The couch was bigger than I thought it might be and comfortable. We had plenty of room for our family gathering. The host was helpful. The park was close and fun for the kids. We had to watch the baby around the stairs but the kids loved them. The pool looked nice but it was closed for the season.

The property was very nice and close to the Waukee NW high school where we were going to the marching band competition. There was plenty of room for my parents and in-laws to join me and my wife. There were plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. The only downside was that the host didn't send check-in instructions and I had to contact them to get the garage code to get in.

the house is brand new, just not finished, no toilet paper or towel bars in bathrooms. not a big selection of cooking pans, A BBQ would be a nice addition, I would stay there again
