It was all good, host was very communitive

We needed a 1 night stay reasonably close to the NEC and this was perfect. Excellent value. Plenty bedrooms & bathrooms.
Facilities all good & very comfortable.
Would certainly go again - thank you
Only mildly negative comment would be that it got a bit crowded in the kitchen& the living space was a bit sparse …. But that’s due to giving us the bedroom space - so a good trade off

Excellent location, free parking on site, all en suite rooms
Basic but comfortable, suited to our needs for one night stay
Good basic base with everything needed except wine glasses, not a deal breaker

Super comfy beds and great location.
Lack of any cooking facilities. Needs some upkeep. No sitting room. No utensils to prepare a dinner. One shelf in the oven. They did kindly bring us some glasses and mugs as there were not any in the house but no bread knife etc.
