The apartment was spacious, comfortable and offered good value for money. The location was very convenient for exploring Budapest, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and attractions nearby. The management was generally friendly, and overall, we had a pleasant stay despite a few shortcomings.

The apartment is located on the third floor, with quite a challenging staircase, particularly for elderly guests or anyone with mobility difficulties. Travelling with my mother, we found this rather inconvenient at times. There were also some maintenance issues that should not be overlooked. We noticed mould on the ceiling, and the bathroom sink was blocked throughout our stay. On several occasions, I had to use the kitchen sink simply to wash my hands and face. Another disappointment concerned the luggage arrangements. We had initially been given the impression that we could leave our suitcases at the property after checkout, even for an additional fee. Unfortunately, this was not possible in the end, and we had to vacate the apartment by around 10:30 a.m. I also feel that such early checkout times are becoming increasingly inconvenient for travellers, especially considering the prices guests pay for accommodation nowadays. A little more attention to maintenance and greater flexibility towards guests would certainly improve the overall experience.

La struttura si presenta pulita e confortevole. Posizione ottima e ben collegata a tutta la città . Personale molto premuroso e disponibile .
