La dolce vita Napoli

Pulizia, ordine, cortesía e puntualita. Fantastiche

Era tutto perfetto

Great location near the train and long distance bus stations. Extremely clean and comfortable with a beautiful, roomy bathroom. It all felt very secure.

Can be noisy but earplugs were provided. Hey, it’s Napoli!

La habitación espectacular, no faltaba la de nada, hasta el último detalle, Elena estuvo en contacto y a nuestra disposición en todo momento, está a menos de un minuto de la estación central, debajo tienes de todo, cafetería, supermercado.

The room itself was immaculately clean, spacious and very modern facilities. Adequate for my stay. The entrance and surrounding areas are grubby, very busy, high people and vehicle traffic, a lot of rubbish and graffiti. The location was excellent and central, 3 minutes from the Napoli centrale station and Napoli Garibaldi station, including the bus station. 20 minutes from the airport. This could be a blessing or a curse as the area is super busy, noisy and dirty due to being in close proximity to the station. But then you have access to transport within minutes walk away to almost anywhere. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is very secured and I felt safe travelling alone.

There is no actual daily cleaning of the room. Once you check in, the rooms are not cleaned or replenished until you leave. The cleaner is not on-site so if you need anything you need to contact the host who doesn't always respond immediately. Again, the area and surroundings is a blessing and a curse. Central and good transport access, plus lots of shops but then on the other hand, too busy, noisy, and dirty. Naples generally is grotty.
