Rana Mahal - a Boutique Place

Staying at Rana Mahal in Varanasi was an extremely refreshing experience. The location is absolutely fantastic, offering views of the Ganges and walking distance to many of the city’s main attractions. During my stay, the hotel was still in the final stages of completion, but once finished, it will surely become a true gem. What stood out most were the staff, who made me feel genuinely welcome and were constantly attentive to my comfort and needs. A wonderful place with great potential!

Breakfast in room was sumptuous! Too much food really. and really tasty. I asked for less my second two days and was still overfed. Served in room with complimentary foot massage by a guy named shiva. A nice bonus

Give this place 6 months and it will be amazing. Was an active construction site at the time, but they did their best to keep noise down. It will be finished and then will be a cool spot.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The view was amazing and the location great. The breakfast was simple and local but nice.

It was under construction but didn’t say when we booked it. We didn’t receive a discount on the stay. It was very very basic and a little expensive for what it was. The bathroom had no privacy at all and was actually uncomfortable. All guests and staff could see directly into the bathroom which was on the terrace. I wasn’t aware of this either when I booked it. The bed was very hard. And they didn’t cleaned the room once due our stay.
