Good location , 99 Mart and famous restaurants is just downstairs of the apartment.

Stayed here recently and had a very pleasant experience. The homestay was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Check-in was smooth and the owner was very welcoming and helpful throughout. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting JB.
The only small issue was that the shower water took a bit longer to drain, but overall it didn’t affect my stay

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The host was very welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with any questions.
The location was convenient and peaceful, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a quiet space to unwind. I especially appreciated the little touches, like the cozy decor and the exceptional view
Overall, it felt like a home away from home, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’d be happy to come back again!
Nothing at all. Everything was great.
