Punteggio 10 anzi 10 e lode! Camera stupenda, pulita, curata nei minimi dettagli, spaziosa e comoda. In cucina c’era tutto l’occorrente. Bagno bello e ampio. Qualsiasi mia richiesta ha avuto risposta rapidamente e con estrema cordialità. Veramente il massimo in tutto, non si potrebbe chiedere di più.

Arata ca in poze, patul e confortabil si era curat

Nu mi a placut faptul ca nu mergea link ul pentru check in si am reusit sa intram in apartament abia dupa o ora, insistand cu apeluri.

Struttura pulita, dotata di ogni confort. Comodo il self check in

The apartment was initially clean, modern, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities in the kitchen and toilet. It was easily accessible by public transport and close to a train station

1. An unexpected city tax fee of 23 euros was introduced, despite the rent listing stating “includes taxes and fees.” 2. After paying the city tax and submitting my information and passport photos, I didn’t receive the entrance details. Upon contacting the facility, they claimed I hadn’t paid the city tax, even though I had proof. They then said my passport photo was unclear due to their poor website, so I resubmitted it and finally received the entrance pin just hours before check-in. 3. At the entrance, I had to scan a QR code that led to an unknown website. After a lengthy struggle, I contacted the facility for the pin code. Additionally, I was required to take a selfie with my partner, which was an unusual requirement. 4. The check-in and check-out times were inconvenient, with check-out at 9:30 am and check-in at 3 pm, the earliest and latest I’ve encountered. The owner refused to allow an earlier check-in by even 30 minutes. Overall, while the apartment itself is great, the communication and verification process, which wasn’t disclosed before booking, was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this hassle.
