Would not recommend

The big tv in the living room

Advertised having a jacuzzi but have to fill it, clean it and let it heat up yourself. Took 30 hours to get to 40 degrees so if your staying one night no jacuzzi and two nights you might get a chance at midnight on your second night. Furthermore, there is no privacy with the jacuzzi there is a broken wall at the back so anyone can get in, including a dog that came barking into the garden. The facilities advertised are very misleading, treadmill only works if you hold the key a certain way, the pool balls slide around the table as it is all slanted and then the main jacuzzi. Main big oven out of use so big groups dont get loads of food you want cooking. The most uncomfortable mattresses with big dents in them. Cobwebs in every corner of the house even in low down corners which can absolutely get clean.

Highly Reccomend!

Absolutely loved my stay at Marvin's Property. Highly recommend it for large groups, as it is a big property with great spaces. The hot tub also worked really well. Marvin, the host, was very communicative and helpful when we had questions.

Really comfortable stay, the amenities felt like such a rare find in the area and made all the difference to our stay.

5 / 10·lut 2026

The bedrooms was clean and tidy. Games room do the kids and cinema room. The staff whom I spoken too.

Didn’t like the lack of cleanliness moldy bread in cupboards and had a musty like curry powder smell To it was very strong, horrible disgusting poo like staines on the carpet in the basement and unkept clean carpets around the house. Lack of tv remotes in some rooms. And TVs that couldn’t be used during our stay.
