I chose this place for its location and reasonable cost. We loved the beds, very comfortable and a great night sleep. Located next to Grain Seed Bakery and Restaurant which was wonderful. Easy access to freeway. In Perry Street area full of fun things to do.

management did not tell us that we had to choose between two different deposits for damages until after you book. A cost up front. Safety: No hand railing at front steps. Sidewalk to the front door broken and uneven. The faucet in the bathroom sink and water flow was not extended out far enough to meet the sink without hitting the back counter. There was food left on the leg of the coffee table and floor in front of couch. Back porch area/ deck was unusable.

Very cozy. Great location. The little bread/cafe thing down the road is a great bonus! Would definitely advertise for that as well for stays! It was so convenient.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Bathroom sink faucet is very messy as it basically shoots water onto the sink. Shower was a little dirty.

Home has a good location for getting into downtown and accessing restaurants and local attractions. Beds were comfortable and the host responded quickly with the request for paper towels. Washer/dryer worked well and were a nice addition to have.

Host will not provide your check-in code until you've paid a $300 damage deposit. This is not mentioned anywhere on his advertisement. Once your cancellation period expires you're stuck. Very complicated check-in with photo scans and ID checks. Kitchen is poorly equipped with silverware. Back porch and outdoor area in back hasn't been cleaned and deck furnishings are falling apart.
