Clean and locale

It was great

The location was fab. Parking was a breeze Was full of all the facilities and kitchen tools needed. Great walking to Beale Street, Peabody and local restaurants

Everything was super - hard to find fault.

Just fabulous, easy to find, perfect location, well appointed, clean and comfortable *****

The only thing we can fault is how noisy the bathroom light/fan is.

NA

The initial greeting of the host. Questioning my concerns and being condescending. He did adjust his attitude shortly thereafter, but first impressions are everything. I took over 20 pictures in regard to the cleanliness of both rooms, 209 and 106. The dust in the rooms affected my allergies. For staying accommodations that a family or couple may be looking forward to, especially after a long trip (13 hours), the bedrooms we had were well below par, health-wise. The overall appearance of the property is acceptable, but the owner needs to take vigorous, diligent cleaning on a regular basis.
