The property was beautiful with great service and amenities. All of the staff were wonderful. Deanna was fabulous, very professional, and caring. She gave us great recommendations for dinner and arranged our reservations and scheduled our Mercedes to the airport. Breakfast was excellent not only with lots of choices but also made to order selections. The area of the hotel was lovely also and quiet. When we returned to Rome, this is where we will stay. I would highly recommend.

the staff were polite and friendly with good service attitude. The location is good and the room condition is acceptable. After all, we paid nearly 2300 euros for a 3-night stay, so this level of quality should be expected.

I stayed at this hotel for three days and would like to share my honest experiences.The hotel only provided two bottles of drinking water on the first day. When I spoke to the front desk, I was told this was their official policy. Then on the third day, two more bottles were restocked. I’m confused about what their actual policy really is. Even though they added the water, toilet paper was not replenished. Is this really the standard for a 5-star hotel? The hotel seems to have limited dining space, so the breakfast options are very sparse. When we arrived around 10 a.m., even the toaster was switched off. The standard was so poor that we skipped the hotel breakfast on one of our three days.
