Cameras are located by the front entry. - Due to the remote location of our home, guests may experience unannounced power outages. Additionally, cell reception is spotty. - No interior or exterior amplified music is allowed, or a fine will be imposed. - All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings per the San Bernardino County Ordinance. - To help everyone enjoy a peaceful stay and to remain in good standing with our neighbors, we observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please note that local county quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, but we ask guests to start winding down a bit earlier. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
