Sleeping arrangements for infants and babies must be provided by the guest. - Please note that we do not provide a pack 'n play or a high chair, but guests may reach out to Baby Quip for baby items. - This unit is on the ground floor. - There is no in-unit laundry, but there is a coin-operated laundry facility in the complex. - The boardwalk is shared with Coral Cay condos. - Guests must be 21 years or older to book this home. - Quiet Hours are 10 pm to 7 am. - Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay. - Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island. - Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff.
