Please note, to reach this property, a 4x4 (four-wheel-drive) or AWD vehicle is required due to the steep gravel driveway. Additionally, large work trucks are strictly prohibited on the driveway. Please adhere to this policy to ensure the condition of the road is preserved for all guests. Bear-proof trash bins are available at the home. - The grill on-site is both propane and charcoal. AvantStay will replenish the propane supply as needed, but charcoal is not provided. - Please note, the Beehive on the property is empty and the electric fence is deactivated for guest safety. - The Polaris 4x4 side-by-side ATV is off-limits and not for guest use. Parking Details: - 4 parking spaces available. - A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is required to access the home due to the steep, gravel driveway. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
