Quiet hours are from 9pm - 7am. - This home is about a 5-minute walk to the beach and several restaurants are located within walking distance. - Be cautious and prepared if traveling with young children. The main stairs in the home are very steep and there is a half wall in the living room overlooking the steps. A baby gate is provided for those traveling with young children. - Use caution and follow the good-neighbor guidelines on the rooftop deck as the home is in close proximity to the other properties in the area. - The home has a hot tub on the rooftop (3rd level). Please note that having the hot tub on the rooftop may cause noise above the master bedroom, which is located on the second floor. - Hot tub cleaning is scheduled every Wednesday. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
