One is a four-person table in the kitchen nook while the other is between the living room and the kitchen with a brand new dining table that seats six with two additional seats at the bar. The professionally coordinated living room is simply gorgeous with two new swivel chairs that can be used as conversation pieces or to look out at the ocean. Two of the three bedrooms each feature a king bed with ocean views and new furniture for both bedrooms. The third bedroom features a full-sized bunk bed and two full beds (bunk). Each bedroom also features a full private bath. Your heart will fall in love with the interior of 307 Summerhouse. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the Summerhouse pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. - While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction. - Golf carts/LSVs are not permitted at this complex. - This home does not have any storage but bike racks are available for use. *Parking Details:* - There are two parking spots available. - To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
