Home Truths: - This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet. - A late fee of $100 will apply for community registrations made less than 24 hours after booking. - The community amenity rules and schedule are subject to potential changes, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances, as determined by the community. - You must be 25 years or older to book this home. - This home is under the Emerald Lakes Association. Guest registration upon check-in is required. We will send more details about this requirement after the reservation is confirmed. - The indoor pool will be closed from July 14–31 for maintenance. The outdoor pool will remain open during this time. Please note that the HOA does not provide refunds for amenities passes. - The table in the kitchen can sit 8 and has a little coffee nook that can sit 2 more. The outdoor dining space can accommodate 6 people and guests are more than welcome to use the chairs from the fire pit up to the patio as well. - Please note that all guests staying 30 nights or longer are required to pay a Monthly Service Charge every 30 days throughout their stay. - All kayaks are single-person riders. Parking Details: Parking space can accommodate 6 cars. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / King bed Bedroom 2 / Queen bed Bedroom 3 / Queen bed Bedroom 4 / Queen bed Bonus Room / Full over full bunk bed --- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
