Parking Details: Parking space can accommodate 6 cars. Note: The Ocean Point pool and pool deck are being refurbished between Oct 6th and March 1st. Both the pool and the pool deck, where the community grill is located, with be closed during this time. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
