Having the basketball court/pickle ball court along with the pool and bocce ball, gave our family of 17 plenty to do and no reason to leave!

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better setup for our group. We shared the house with four families, with kids ranging from ages 8–15, and there was more than enough space for everyone to spread out and relax comfortably. The house was incredibly clean and fully stocked with everything we could think of needing—it really made the stay feel easy and stress-free. There were plenty of activities and amenities to keep the kids entertained, and the pool and hot tub were a big hit—perfect temperature and used constantly! We also really appreciated all the beach gear provided, including plenty of towels, chairs, and toys. It made beach outings so much easier without having to bring or rent anything extra. The host was wonderful—very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, from booking to checkout. Everything was seamless from start to finish. One thing to note is that Verizon cell reception was spotty at times, but the WiFi was excellent and more than made up for it.Highly recommend it for families or larger groups!

Eight very happy golfers! Everything was exceptional! The house is an architectural gem and is beautifully decorated. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, and we loved relaxing in the huge hot tub after a round of golf. And if you like playing tennis, pickle ball, swimming or shooting pool, it's all there. Best of all, the host was responsive and super friendly. We didn't want to leave. Thank you.

The host was extremely welcoming. This was the best experience I had had as a guest!
