Great location. Great house.

Everything was just as indicated in the listing. The property was nice and the amenities were abundant. We particularly enjoyed the pickleball court. The house was clean. My only suggestion would be to update some of the cooking utensils (pots, pans, etc).

Great house especially for an active family located on a cul-de-sac off of Cactus which was convenient to getting just about anywhere in the metro area.Great outdoor amenities as well as several indoors. We were in town for 2 weeks for a back surgery which my husband needed. While we couldn’t avail ourselves of the outdoor activities, this house has a huge backyard which was a fantastic place for him to walk frequently (walking was his main activity for recovery from his back surgery). The outdoor grill and bar area was very nice during the Fall in Phoenix as well. It’s also very convenient to the retail things needed and only a few miles from Kierland. We didn’t need much help, but Ross was always quick to answer any questions. We plan to return for a golf trip with our son and grandson.

Really nice home with everything we needed. Responsive host, convenient location, very clean.
