The house is a bit dated from the pictures that you see listed but overall, it was clean and met the listing description. The deck is old and needs replaced, there us a tile in the kitchen that appears to be a replacement tile and is not flush with the others. This can be a trip hazard. The bedroom coming off the living room has a step down into the room. this is not indicated anywhere nor addressed with tape to indicate and one of our older family members fell upon arriving. There were little hiccups here and there, but the host was extremely responsive and quick with responses. It was a great location to the beach. The fresh water inlet or lake that the house is on brings a lot of wildlife into the backyard (turtles, ducks, iguanas, variety of birds, etc. - no alligators were spotted ). It was a great experience of being on the water for the kids. The house has a lot of slippery areas that can be dangerous for the elderly, but we would book again.

This property is the perfect hybrid between backyard tranquility with wildlife and being steps away from the beach action. It's the perfect getaway for larger groups that need many different activities such as paddle-boarding, canoeing, kayaking, lounging by the pool, and walking to the beach. My favorite activity was actually watching the turtles, lizards and birds in this natural setting. There are also many restaurants within 1.5mi walking distance and many more worth exploring within a 5 minute drive. It's only a 10 minute drive to the marina with many boat charters and touring options. The house itself is stocked with anything you might need for food preparation and hosting dinners - just remember to stop at Costco or Publix first. Overall, this is a highly recommended property!

The space was as advertised with an awesome backyard and SUPER easy access to the beach. Host was communicative before and during our stay.

Didn't enjoy the stay because of the constant messages from management (at all hours of the day and night) about neighbors complaining about the cars that were parked properly within the boundaries of the property.
