We had a great stay in Surprise at this property. It was clean, in a quiet neighborhood. The listing was accurate. Perfect for families of all ages. My kids have asked to come back and visit again. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

The division of space is nice. Nice pool area but not heat.Furniture is very uncomfortable—need sturdier comfortable living room furniture—sectional would be perfect. Looks like A starter vacation rental—but nice home. Pretty well stocked kitchen. Outdoor areas needed to be cleaned before arrival. Hard to get to and from with construction. Hopefully finished first. Very nice response time from rental managers.
