The apartments on Sucha Street are located near the hiking trails and Karpacz’s main tourist attractions. The Tropicana Water Park—one of the most popular destinations—is just a two-minute walk away. The complex is located in the immediate vicinity of the Karkonosze National Park and the Dziki Wodospad.

Despite their small size, the apartments are very functional and spacious. They feature a high standard of amenities. Each one features a kitchenette.

Parking spaces are available in front of the building (for a fee).

Dogs are welcome in select apartments. The surcharge for bringing a pet is 100 PLN (one-time fee). Arrival with a dog must be confirmed in advance with the staff at the local office in Karpacz.

The apartments are equipped with clean bed linens and towels. You can rent a high chair and a baby bathtub free of charge. For an additional fee (50 PLN for the entire stay), we provide a travel crib.

Please note that the entrance to the complex is very steep.

Dogs are welcome at the selected apartments. The additional cost for staying with a four-legged friend is 100 PLN (one-time fee). We ask guests planning to stay with a dog to contact our local office in advance.

The tourist tax is not included in the price. It must be paid in cash at the local office on the day of check-in.

A refundable security deposit of PLN 300 will be collected on site.

To check in before arrival, you must complete online formalities, such as: Signing an internal rental agreement, paying the remaining rental balance (if only a portion has been paid), the cleaning fee, the security deposit, and the tourist tax, etc., as well as any additional fees selected by the guest (e.g., parking for stays with a dog).

At select properties, you can access the apartment using a code at the door or a key dispenser. The code will be provided on the day of check-in after the formalities have been completed. You will receive information about key pickup a few days before your arrival. If key pickup takes place at the local office, please contact us by phone to arrange the key pickup (at least 24 hours before your arrival).
