Cozy 50-square-meter studio apartment with a private entrance, sleeping up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a building. We are in the center of Palermo, just a few minutes’ walk from the port, the Politeama Theater, and the Massimo Theater. The apartment is an excellent starting point for reaching all of the city’s main attractions, either on foot or by public transportation.

The interior layout is as follows:



- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (featuring an electric stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, kettle, oven, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), a single sofa bed, and a dining table;

- SLEEPING AREA with a double bed, a single bed, a closet, and access to a small outdoor area;

- BATHROOM with a sink, bidet, and toilet (PLEASE NOTE: the shower stall is located in a room next to the bathroom, inside the apartment);

- SMALL OUTDOOR AREA with a small table and chairs.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, split A/C with heat pump, electric heater, ceiling fan in the sleeping area, clothesline, coat rack, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.



Pets allowed upon request, subject to a surcharge.



PLEASE NOTE: There is a step at the entrance to the apartment.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

At check-in, you will be required to pay the tourist tax in cash, which is €2.00 per person per night.



The operation of air conditioning and heating systems is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system is turned on and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Palermo Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For check-ins between 9:30 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 15 from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM;

EUR 20 from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM;

EUR 30 from 12:00 AM to 1:30 AM.

Check-in is not possible after 1:30 a.m., even for an additional fee.



The apartment is located a short distance from the Politeama Garibaldi Theater and the Teatro Massimo, in a quiet area with all the main amenities (pharmacy, supermarket, movie theater, bars, and restaurants). By strolling through the city streets or using public transportation, you can easily reach the city’s main points of interest: the Cathedral of Palermo, the Palatine Chapel, the Zisa Palace, the Capuchin Catacombs, the Quattro Canti, and the Pretoria Fountain. In the city center, you’ll find charming restaurants, bars, and pastry shops where you can fully enjoy the distinctive culinary traditions of the city and the region.
