Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire apartment, including the two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. The kitchen, laundry room, and living room are also for your exclusive use. Parking is available at the back of the property, and entry is via the side door using the provided access code.

Charlottetown is a great place to get out and walk around. Walking tours are available from the tourist information center on Water street only 2 minutes away. From the front steps of the property you can walk anywhere around the city and only 2 blocks from the Charlottetown Boardwalk and waterfront.

Also all major bus routes only steps from apartment front door.



Other Things to Note:

This is the lower part of a duplex. It is an historic house in Charlottetown, renovated yes, but you will still be able to hear the guest on the second floor form time to time. If you are very sensitive to noises this might not be the right place for you.
