A luxurious 7 bedroom Provencal villa in Les Parcs de Saint Tropez, the most exclusive private domain, with access to the private beach of the domain, security and great services.
Villa Embellie is ideally located in the heart of the Domaine des Parcs and offers a luxuriant 5900m² garden, with several water features, fountains, landscaped with native Mediterranean plants: a citrus garden, large olive trees, and towering palm trees surrounded by traditional Provencal dry-stone walls.
The villa opens onto a large living room offering comfortable sofas to sit on and a fireplace, with terraces on both sides offering plenty of natural light and beautiful garden views. Leading from there, a smaller lounge is next to the living room with large windows opening onto the lawn, then a dining room for 8 guests opening onto the kitchen fully equipped with breakfast bar, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Gaggenau steam and conventional oven, microwave oven, blender, Sodastream, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee, etc. There is a utilities room behind the kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. All the ground floor rooms have direct access to the garden and pool area.
