We had a great visit for my Mom’s 85th birthday. The beach is a short walk, the kitchen was well equipped and the home was clean and comfortable. There were some minor issues, but the property manager was prompt to respond and fix the problems. I would recommend this rental for a large group.

We stayed here with a group of 14 people (three families) and had a very enjoyable week.The biggest positive was the host. They were consistently responsive, both in communication and action. During our stay the A/C stopped working (obviously not the host’s fault), and they had a repair technician out the next day who resolved it. When we mentioned there were very few clothes hangers, additional hangers were delivered quickly.The top floor was the highlight of the house. The open living room, kitchen, and dining area worked extremely well for a large group, with beautiful views, a comfortable sectional, and a well-equipped kitchen. We also loved the balconies on both the ocean and sound sides. The pool was another unexpected highlight—it was never crowded and became our favorite gathering spot each evening.A few things could be improved. Most bedrooms had little or no drawer storage, which made unpacking difficult. A couple of towel bars and curtain rods were pulling away from the walls and appeared to have been mounted without drywall anchors. Also, while the listing advertises a grill, the one provided was heavily rusted and dirty enough that we chose not to use it.Overall, this is a nice property with a great layout for a large group. The top-floor gathering space and the pool were the standout features, and with a little maintenance, a new grill, and more drawer storage, it would easily earn five stars.

Love the house...everything was perfect

We were a group of 9 moms staying at the beach for a weekend. Originally, we were booked to stay in January, but then the ice storm hit. Priya, was willing to allow us to reschedule to a weekend at the beginning of March, but was not willing to honor the price we had already paid. There were a lot of communication errors on the property management's part but we moved on with the booking. Two days before the booking we were told that the beach access was a 10 minute walk down the road. This was a frustrating part of the trip. Upon arrival we discovered the two bunk rooms did not have working outlets, (which we discovered later the circuit breakers had been tripped), there were stains on some of the linens, as well as the washcloths that were provided, and one of the dining room chairs had been pushed into the corner with a note saying that it was broken. The next day, we realized the outdoor shower was not working. Management, came by and let us know that the switches to turn on the water were in the "Management only. Do not enter" closet. After we turned on the water, we realized the pipes must've busted because water poured out everywhere but the shower head, so we were not able to use the outdoor shower. The main sliding glass door would not lock, there was no instruction manual on how to operate the sauna, the ice bath on the deck had mold in it, and the infinity table required log in info we didn't have. Many of these items could've been solved with a house manual.
