Beautiful property in a beautiful setting. Amazing views, fantastic house with everything you could wish for and hot tub was a lovely addition to spend some time in the evening. Hosts were incredibly responsive and everything really well looked after and maintained. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

We loved this place. Well equipped kitchen, spacious comfortable lounge with lovely views, and cosy bedrooms with very comfy beds. A 20 minute walk down the coastal path and you are in St Ives, but the location is ideal for exploring this part of Cornwall. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of sightseeing and of course it has the added bonus of being a 2 minute walk or 30 second drive to the Tesco Superstore. Not that it feels you are in a built up area, being nestled in the little cul-de-sac.Would definitely recommend and Lisa and Neil were on hand to help if required.

Absolutely stunning house, very well equipped and maintained. Near a beautiful beach (Carbis Bay) and a super convenient Tesco over the road behind the house 2 minutes walk.It's set in lovely lush gardens, so you are screened from all sides, except for the front that gives you a marvellous view out to sea.The interior has been very well designed and thoughtfully decorated to a high standard.Absolutely massive wall mounted TV in the lounge great for a film night after a busy day exploring.The balcony with table and chairs is a great spot to have your morning coffee looking out across the bay.We had 8 members of our extended family staying here, and it worked so well for us.Thumbs up to the hosts for such a lovely place to stay

The property was not suitable for our family members with mobility issues. Whilst both guests could walk with walking aides, the steps both front and back were difficult/impossible for them. The host provided a folding portable ramp on day 3. It was helpful but had to be moved between the two areas of the back entrance, on to a main road. It took all 3 of our male guests to facilitate getting our ladies in and out of the property. We requested single bed configurations for two of our rooms. Not done for arrival. I messaged the host, he said it was difficult to do, and would not be done until Monday. We had arrived the Saturday. This may have contributed my Aunt falling out of bed and suffering significant bruises. The large first floor bed room was described as a king bed, sofa bed and futon bed. This appealed because we had planned for 3 ladies all cousins to share this room. In fact there was only a king bed that was usable as a bed. The other bed options were ikea style fold out seating without mattresses and completely unsuitable for use as adult beds. Caused a problem who would sleep in the bed, resulting in the 3rd cousin making a bed on a sofa in the lounge. This house is offered as sleeps 10 people. It would be very comfortable for 8 people in couples. It didn’t work for 8 people not in couples. It was a well fitted kitchen great for family dining. The hot tub???no instructions, lighting/music facilities didn’t work. Maintenance chap couldn’t show us how to set it.
