In the countryside with an endless view of Brittany and the Bay of Mont Saint Michel, you are in the countryside and at the gates of the city.
This pretty house, the former garage of the horse-drawn carriages of the castle of Le Quesnoy, has been completely renovated.
On the GROUND FLOOR An open entrance-living room-kitchen (fridge with freezer area, microwave, gas stove, induction hob, dishwasher) and central table for breakfasts and meals. A small closed room with WC, shower and sink. A large living room with two large windows, with a dining room with a sideboard and dining table for a more elaborate meal and a living room equipped with 2 sofas and a sofa bed (sleeping). Large screen television.
A spiral staircase goes up to the 1ST FLOOR with hallway/cupboards, a 1st bedroom with 2 beds (90) that can be brought together and another large master bedroom with double bed (160) cupboard and wardrobe, with a small old iron bed that can sleep a child (3/4 years old). A bathroom with sink, bathtub with shower and toilet.
Numerous frames of engravings on Avranches, the Mont and the surroundings further add to the great natural charm of this house and its location.
OUTSIDE another straight staircase also leads to the 1st floor (with suitcase). Table and chairs, barbecue, on a large gravel terrace and a square of grass allow you to fully enjoy the view of the bay and Mont Saint Michel. Roses, hydrangeas, dalhias, are in the setting of a large wild meadow.

At 50 metres, the steep-sided path of the Buttes is a very beautiful walk of about an hour.

At 13 km, Genëts (departure of the famous guided crossings of the bay of Mont Saint Michel) on foot or on horseback
