We had a wonderful stay at Kaipatiki Retreat! The house was incredibly clean, tidy, and comfortable. Everything—from the room sizes to the amenities—was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. The only downside was the driveway, which was quite rough and in poor condition when we arrived. However, the host kindly let us know that it is getting concreted very soon, which is great news for future guests. Thank you for having us and for the lovely communication! Highly recommended.

The house was perfect for our stay. Great location due to the easy access to Paihia and Waitangi. The hosts were lovely and made it easy. We had five people in our party and the house was plenty big enough and very clean.

Just like it was listed, its a beautiful property and we enjoyed the stay. Well equipped with pretty much everything that's needed. I would always recommend the place to friends and other family.
