We have stayed in 10 homes in Carillon over the past 8 years. This home had the most comfortable beds!! The kitchen is well stocked, all appliances worked well. There is enough seating for 8 comfortably in the living room. Only minor suggestion would be that the slip covers on the couches need a good cleaning. The property overall was in good condition. The communication from Vicki at Benchmark Properties was top notch. We would recommend this home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental company itself was excellent in regards to communication and response to our needs. Unfortunately, we had a few to many needs that had to be addressed. The home was not very clean and there was mold in every bathroom shower, one had a broken shower door and the drain did not work .. the amenities are very minimal.. no extra anything( blankets , towels, salt pepper, coffee filters , etc.) Overall it was a decent value for the price . It could and should have additional sleeping space. The master has an excellent space for a trundle, twin or even a full. We would stay again only because the rental company was so responsive to correcting the items needed.
